Minimum Order Requirement
• We sell to business only, not for end-consumer. Please kindly verify your business status upon request.
• Minimum order is required by design, please contact for detail.

Price
• All prices are in €EUR net F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand
• Price list is only given to business for wholesale purchasing.

Payment Term
• Deposit of 30% from the grand total amount in purchase order.
• The order production shall not start without deposit fund transfer to our bank.
• When ordered  finished and ready to delivery, we will send the  invoice to
   you for paying the remaining balance in T/T

Production Time
Approximately, our production time take 4-6 weeks after receive your fund deposit to our bank. We do not carry     products in stock. We produce as customer's order according to their options.

Shipping, Handing, Insurance Charge
• The price is €EUR. F.O.B., Bangkok, Thailand, therefore, buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and from Bangkok port to destination. However, for your convenience, we will arrange these matters for you by charge you at cost. Delivering time is approximately 2-4 days after shipment.
• For buyers that have account with TNT, FedEx, DHL, or UPS, we will send your ordered products to you by freight collection. You do not need to add these costs into your purchase order.

Return Policy
Since the trade term is F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand, it is buyer's accountability to check the merchandises before shipping out of Bangkok, Thailand. In practical, if none of buyer representative presence, we assume that buyer approve our products quality. Accordingly, we only refund or reproduction only items that are mis-production from your purchase order and defected goods by our side only. You must make return of goods within 15 days after products received, and must be approved prior. Shipping and handling including insurance are nonrefundable.

You Own Design
• We do production as per your design. You can send us your designs and specifications for price quotation
in our quality production.
• We can make your design's sample products. After you agree in pricing, we will make mold for sample
   production of minimum 10 pieces (pairs) per design, without size assortment for ring item.
• You are required to pay full amount in advance for the amount of mold making and sample products.
• The amount of mold making and the order quotation price of sample products will return to you when you
   place the quantity order production. We will not charge for the mold making and sample's extra cost when
   you place quantity order.
• Therefore, we only charge you for the cost of sample pieces when you place the quantity order.
• Our company ensures that no unauthorized person has access to your confidential designs.
• In contrary, it is customer's responsibility to make sure that the designs given to us are not patented and copyrighted.
